Adult Ballet:
Our Tuesday 8:00 – 9:00 pm slot covers both Adult 1 and 2, meaning the material is open to all skill levels. From 9:00 – 9:30 pm it is the Adult Ballet 2 centre class where the difficulty will increase. We do offer free trial classes so you are more than welcome to drop by tomorrow and see if you like it before registering! Recital performances are optional.
Barre Fitness:
Barre fitness is a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It is designed to be a low-impact yet challenging routine that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Barre workouts typically utilize a stationary handrail, similar to ballet, but are accessible to all fitness levels. The focus on high-repetition, low-weight exercises helps sculpt lean muscle and improve endurance.
