Registration – Adult Classes

Join us in our Adult Classes at Langley Dance Academy! 

Adult Ballet:

Adult Ballet 1 (Beginner–Intermediate)
A welcoming class for adults with beginner to intermediate experience, focused on building strong technique, flexibility, and confidence.

Adult Ballet 2 (Intermediate–Advanced)
A class for adults with intermediate to advanced experience, focused on refining technique, strength, and artistry through more challenging ballet training.

We do offer free trial classes so you are more than welcome to drop by tomorrow and see if you like it before registering! Recital performances are optional.

Barre Fitness:
Barre fitness is a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It is designed to be a low-impact yet challenging routine that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Barre workouts typically utilize a stationary handrail, similar to ballet, but are accessible to all fitness levels. The focus on high-repetition, low-weight exercises helps sculpt lean muscle and improve endurance.
