Join us in our Adult Classes at Langley Dance Academy!
Adult Ballet:
Open to all levels of experience! Classes run from September to June. The first hour focuses on beginner to intermediate barre and centre exercises, helping dancers build strength, technique, and confidence. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to more advanced centre work for those who want an additional challenge. Recital performances are optional.
Barre Fitness:
Barre fitness is a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It is designed to be a low-impact yet challenging routine that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Barre workouts typically utilize a stationary handrail, similar to ballet, but are accessible to all fitness levels. The focus on high-repetition, low-weight exercises helps sculpt lean muscle and improve endurance.
