Adult Ballet:
Open to all levels of experience! Classes are 1-hour in duration, and run from September to June. Recital performances are optional.
Barre Fitness:
Barre fitness is a dynamic workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. It is designed to be a low-impact yet challenging routine that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility. Barre workouts typically utilize a stationary handrail, similar to ballet, but are accessible to all fitness levels. The focus on high-repetition, low-weight exercises helps sculpt lean muscle and improve endurance.
