Show 1 – Saturday, June 22 @ 11:00am
Show 2 – Saturday, June 22 @ 2:00pm
Show 3 – Saturday, June 22 @ 5:00pm
Show 4 – Sunday, June 23 @ 3:30pm
Show 5 – Sunday, June 23 @ 6:30pm
In-Studio Rehearsals
Rehearsals will take place the week of June 15 – 20, 2024
Rehearsals will be at the main studio location:
Langley Dance Academy #106 – 6375 202 Street
The last day of regular classes this season is Saturday June 15th.
Drop off: At the front entrance
Pick up: is at the back door of studio B (with the staircase). Please drive around to the rear of the building.
Dancers can wear their regular class attire and shoes. Performance hair and makeup is not required. Please check your email for more detailed information regarding in studio rehearsals!
REHEARSALS:
Show 1: Saturday, June 15 – 3:00 – 5:30pm
Show 2: Monday, June 17 – 3:30 – 6:00pm
Show 3: Tuesday, June 18 – 3:30 – 6:00pm
Show 4: Wednesday, June 19 – 3:30 – 6:00pm
Show 5: Thursday, June 20 – 3:30 – 6:00pm
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to rehearsal
Recital Tickets
Tickets for all Recital Shows will be on sale on Saturday, June 1 at 12:00PM PST! These tickets will be available for purchase online!
Seating will be assigned with tiered prices. It will be reserved seating to help us avoid long line ups in the lobby and outside in the heat prior to show time. Please see the seating chart below and note that the blacked out seats are not available for purchase.
TICKET PRICING:
Premium Tickets: $24 + GST + Ticketing Fee
Preferred Tickets: $21 + GST + Ticketing Fee
Standard Tickets: $18 + GST + Ticketing Fee
If your dancer is in multiple shows, you will be receiving a code to receive FREE TICKET(S) as a thank you for attending multiple shows, this will be sent to the primary email address we have on file in your parent portal by Thursday, May 31st.
HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS:
1. Click the button below to be directed to the ticketing site
2. Enter your dancer’s first and last name as it appears in Jackrabbit and the shows your child is performing in will be highlighted for you
3. Click the show you’d like to purchase tickets for
4. Select your seats
5. Click “add tix to another show” OR if you’re done click “continue with check out”
6. If you have a coupon code don’t forget to add it before finalizing your order
Please ensure you order tickets to the correct show as we will be unable to transfer tickets.
RECITAL FLOWERS
The fundraising Committee has put together an amazing opportunity to have flowers come to you for the Year End Recital.
No need to arrange an extra step before an already busy day (or two).
- There are 3 different price points to choose from.
- Select the show number you will pick up your order at
- If you are the LAST show of the day 3 or 5 you must pick up BEFORE the Show.
- In the notes section at checkout: please also list a “Dancers Name” (if you are supporting a specific LDA Disney Fundraising Dancer)
There will be a limited amount of flowers available for purchase the day of the event – First come first serve, and the price-points will not be the same.
Deadline: June 12th
*Flowers must be picked up on the Saturday June 22 (Show #1,2 & 3) and Sunday June 23 (Show #4 & 5) at Chandos during the year end recital or risk your flowers being donated to a volunteer or teacher.
